Cancellation Policy

I kindly request that 48 hours' notice is given for any alterations, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

- All appointments that are altered, cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hours prior to the appointment commencing attract a 50% cancellation fee

- All appointments that are altered, cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours prior to the appointment commencing attract a 100% cancellation fee

- Not showing up for an appointment without prior notice will attract a 100% cancellation fee
